Our Story

We fell in love with the African continent during our

honeymoon, and the idea of one day being able to build a

piece of our history there was born.

The adventure began 8 years ago with the acquisition of a

hunting concession in Cameroon. The area is located in the

northern part of the country, in savannah, on the border

with CAR and on the edge of the Vina River.

A real corner of paradise where we rub shoulders with the

endemic species of Cameroon including the largest

antelope in the world: the Lord Derby Eland.

Since then, our passion has remained intact, our ambitions

growing and our desire to pass on our knowledge has been overflowing. It is a family and united project that we are

building.

Wildlife Sanctuary

VINA 27 SAFARI is the perfect place for animals to grow and a wonderful area to encounter Cameroonian typical and endemic animals, such as:

Lord Derby Elands, Roan Antelopes,

West African Savannah Buffalos,

Sing Sing Waterbucks, Hippopotamus,

And a lot more ....

Our main concern lies in the survival of the species

and their development in their natural cocoon.

To achieve this target, our team of 14 eco-guards

works hard throughout the year to protect the area:

limit the harmful passage of cows in transit,

identify as many traps as possible set by

poachers, night ambushes and catch as

many poachers as possible (day & night).

For 8 years we have been able

to witness a booming of our

populations.

Taxidermy Services

Our team of 2 experienced skinners: Nana & Anafi

are available all along the safaris (7/7 - 24/24)

to take great care of the trophies right after

the hunts of the animals.

Upon arrival of the animals at the Taxidermy area,

guidelines are given by the PH and the client.

Once instructions are given, then the precision

work can start, sometimes for several

hours, and very often in the middle

of the night.

Meals are cooked by a Cameroonian chef and are very typical of the country.

Several living areas are available to enjoy the landscape, have a drink or

share meals.

Our Local Involvement

Village School

Soram Boum

The primary school in the village adjoining the area welcomes more than 200 children, divided into 4 classes.

As elsewhere in Africa, teaching conditions are rudimentary.

Supporting education is important to us.

Recently, we have repainted the classrooms as well as the tables and benches so that everyone can have a healthy and serene workspace.

Youth Festival

Every year on February 11, the Youth Day takes place.

It marks the importance and rights of young people in the country.

This year, we had the pleasure of being able to participate in this unique event which brought together more than 15 villages.

Our funding helped help organize this memorable day.

Partnership with

the MINFOF

In partnership with MINFOF, we regularly organize punch operations in our area.

Military teams are joining forces with our anti-poaching team to reinforce our presence and thus deter any type of unauthorized intrusion into the area.

Fish Farming

Project

We are innovating this year with the establishment of a fish farm in partnership with the closest village of the area:

Soram Boum.

4 bins of 5m3 will be settled on the banks of the Vina in the coming months.

The start-up expenses (equipment, training of local communities, construction of a caretaker's house, etc.) will be financed by the redistribution of the leasing tax.

The annual profit is estimated at 7,200,000 CFA or the equivalent of 4,200 kg of fish supplied to the village.
